I’m so mad at myself. I stayed up last night, i’m guessing because I was so excited & so I didn’t go to sleep until maybe 10:30 & I set my alarm to start my exercising at 11 but I didn’t hear it so I slept until 7 pm today & my body is aching from yesterday that I can’t even walk. I watched what I ate today so I guess that’s good but i’m still disappointed that I didn’t exercise.
Some of these meals are people’s normal daily calorie intakes!
This is honestly really sad that this is what us Americans eat these days. No wonder we’re considered the fattest country.
THESE ARE SO GOOD. Especially with 1/2 cup of low-fat sour cream to dip in. By far the BEST snack to come home to!
